Why the h–l are we setting a 1 day sale with no help!! Online you push a few buttons but in the store it is not that easy. Plus it needs to be done by 10! The stuff is higher today with the extra 5 percent off! The customer will notice but that is not corporates problem is it.... DONE

Goes to show that whoever is making these decisions have never worked in a store. It really shows true ignorance...no matter the degrees they may have.
But then it also shows panic. They are throwing a lot at the wall, hoping something sticks.
That mess has been going on for a while. Customers have figured it out.
So we spent all day Monday setting a sale we basically took down today. What a waste of time!
