Thread regarding Belk layoffs

Ignoring your health?

No job is more important than health, but unfortunately many of us realize this when stress has accumulated so much that it begins to cause both physical and mental discomfort.
Constantly thinking only about how I have to endure this job that pays my bills, and not at all about my health, I almost led myself to severe depression. Not to mention physical problems.
I quit after one day I didn't have the will or strength to go to work at all. It took me a few months to start to feel alive again.

I came back from a serious "situation ". Scheduled 9 hours first day back. Couldn't make it and had to leave early. No they don't care at all about the people .

Some of us are still here, standing all day/night, enduring this job, even managers who have been released from the hospital, under a doctors care, are made to return back to work the next day. All most managers and corporate care about is emails, credits, and how you can serve them, so they can get bonuses, and make more money.
But always remember, what goes around , comes around, and Karma will come back to them.
