Now I'm support?

I was asked this week to come into the office one day a week and route support calls. I'm in Sales! They let go of key support people and are using us to backfill? I was also told that the new expectation is that if I'm not on the road, I'm in the... — read more

When did you stop making efforts?

A good management is one that knows how to get the best out of people. The management at Fiserv is the most successful at demoralizing good workers. It is not at all rare that someone who used to be a role model employee now does the bare minimum. — read more

Reviews for remote employees.

Count on negative reviews for all remote employees. This strategy is going to enable the ability to terminate with cause when needed in a few months. You will no longer get severance.. another way to save a buck

Any advice on asking for a raise / quitting

I know annual reviews are coming up, and I doubt Fiserv is doing anything about the crazy inflation we have had. I'm not willing to take another paycut so I was planning on asking for more money then putting in a 2 weeks notice when they say no. .. — read more

They expect more and more from employees

Increasingly unrealistic expectations from managers frustrate me a lot. They try to squeeze as much as possible out of the employee, but they don't know when enough is enough. How do you deal with that? I get so annoyed when the manager, on top of... — read more

Sell, Mortimer!

MarketScreener (MT Newswires) -- Guy Chiarello, Chief Operating Officer, on January 04, 2023, sold 4,000 shares in Fiserv (FISV) for $408,600. I guess he doesn’t think the rocket is going to ride to $200.

Anyone excited to go back to work tomorrow?

Rumor: More Lincoln downsizing Q2 '23

Hearing of Lincoln potentially downsizing to just ONE building, and laying off a bunch more people to meet that goal. Shameful regime this is. Premier knowledge is basically completely gutted at this point.
