These are the core feelings of everyone at Fiserv. We are lied to constantly with no idea what’s next on the horizon. I don’t even join the All Hands calls because they’re just circle jerks filled with misinformation. The so-called “leaders” of this organization are running it into the ground.
The morale has plummeted ever since the hostile takeover by FB. I can’t imagine he and his cronies being d-mb enough to believe what they’re saying to us so that just means the alternative must be true - they are pure evil.
I feel bad for the First Data folks who thought they were joining a better company culture and I feel even worse for those of us originally with Fiserv for losing our old culture to whatever the he-l you call this. We used to be treated like trusted professionals. Now our badge swipes and keyboard activities are tracked.
The silver lining is I still love working with my teams and for my direct supervisor. I appreciate that we are all in the same boat and we’re all still busting our as--s to deliver because we genuinely care about our customers.
