Apparently, rumor is that all these people returning to office will be put in meeting rooms - so forget about if you want a face-to-face meeting. So this is what they meant by plenty of room - sounds like a fire hazard to me.
P.S. - and yes bathroom space is a valid concern

Many of those buildings were designed with LOTS of meeting rooms to collaborate. If the RTO means repurposing those rooms for employees offices, what a waste! People will be using Teams to collaborate with others 20 feet away!

They’re very stupid. Not enough room, and going directly against what employees want (flexibility/ respect). Talent will be leaving, and productivity will be down. Talk about innovation!
