no conference rooms in Alpharetta

Come in office for collaboration! Except we turned all of the conference rooms - even the big oneson the first floor - into shared desk spaces! So where are we supposed to 'collaborate'?

You are required to be in the office, but with no conference rooms available, please feel free to schedule offsites at your home with your teammates. Of course, no one will be reimbursed for mileage and be sure you badge out and back in when the meeting is over. Clients want us to think outside the box.

The sh_t show continues. Barely any conference rooms available. Challenging getting work done running to the other wing or another floor. But hey we can cram like sardines in a huddle and call it collaboration.

Very easy to tell folks to RTO when you have exclusive offices for yourself and your closest associates. Offices that only a select few are allowed to use.....

the network in BH was absolute dogshit today. constant disconnects from hosts in Omaha, chandler, and John's Creek. a meanial task that only should have taken 30 mins max took 90 mins. so happy they planned well for the influx of usage.

Productivity is crashing from frustration, wasted time and lack of sufficient logistics.
Sounds like FB is forcing people out. Not surprised....this coming after "laying off" tenured talent and people who are "making too much money".
What a shame.

The biggest tell here is that the people making these ridiculous policies would never accept sitting in a shared conference room as their office. Yet they expect you to.

Cmon now...counting is hard. You can't expect the company to know how many desks were needed...or parking spaces... Ready, fire, aim. Thanks, FB!

Yep! Got to hear the full conversation of merits/promotions as VPs have no place for privacy now that conference rooms used as work stations. I sit in my car when I have a meeting so I can actually hear & clients don’t hear those conversations in the background.

There are not enough desks for this mandate ? Lmao

So these people went from WFH with two screens most likely to a conf room and working on a tiny laptop?

Hahahahaha

I wonder how the bathroom situation is
