The conversion from the 1DC network to the FEAD network for OFD folks has been nothing short of a disaster. People can not log on to their computers, they can’t get into Office, servers, and apps. The incompetent outsourced foreign help desk is useless. Call waiting In excess of an hour and they can’t do anything but open an incident. How’s that for productivity Franky?

Complete joke and a disaster. It's embarrassing to work here anymore.
As a client, we had critical live day tasks that our Fiserv reps couldn't execute because they couldn't log in. This was not the fault of those individuals, it was the fault of the company overall. The tasks were delayed and wasn't horrible or result in major impact to our customers, but all I can think of honestly is how embarrassing it must have been for our contact to have to tell us they couldn't log in....
Isnt this new ID same as the OFD Id? They seem to be in the same format.
Its the same on the OFS side as well
Do you like your randomly assigned username? Hope it is easy to remember because you are stuck with it until they walk you out the door.
Absolute disaster
Offshore assistance is a joke they have no clue how to help. Totally agree an absolute mess and now you have a dozen more password entries and having to remap drives daily. Another mess.
