How are attending back 2 back meetings productive when you have work to do? No longer working through meetings because it really isn't beneficial.

At Fiserv we have heard your complaints loud and clear. Sometime in the next month, every employee will be issued a "po-p bucket". This will allow employees to have relief while they are in meetings. We will even allow you to empty your "po-p bucket" once a week. Our clients use "po-p buckets" and they expect us to use "po-p buckets" too.
On an unrelated note, we are removing cube walls to increase transparency in the office.
And they schedule right over lunch to! Apparently, you are supposed to come to the office for a full day of teams calls - no break for lunch or bathroom
