Execs don't care that much what happens on this board, it's not visible enough. If you want any (slim) hope of change, make sure you are leaving reviews in places where potential candidates can see them. Be specific and mention actual policies/events that are effecting your well-being. Don't let the HR shills dominate those sites with their fabricated reviews.

linkedin if you can post without your name. also comment on all financial sites anonymous if possible.
Yup Glassdoor. I get alerts every so often for fiserv reviews there. The real ones are all pretty much negative. The fake ones (shills) are all like one sentence. Even with those fake ones, the company and CEO are both under 50% for approval rating and recommendation.
