Leaving for fully remote?

I'm looking for a fully remote option in vain. A lot of people are probably doing the same these days? Unfortunately, it seems to me more and more that I will get used to the atmosphere in the office sooner than I will find such an opportunity.

There are plenty out there. I get offers for interviews every day. Sign up with some tech employment recruiting companies

I managed to get kind a remote job with mandatory 1 day per month office visit but the company got rid of additional office spaces that they had pre covid so fingers crossed they will not jump on RTO trend.

Remote roles are some of the most highly sought after - they are still available though. You also have to thank Frank for setting the bar so low that almost any job at another company will be a step up. Most jobs offer:

  • less then 4 days in office
  • Not constantly being spied on
  • parking spaces, adequate bathrooms and less crowding when you are in the office
  • Only having to do the job of 1 person
  • greater than 3% annual increase
  • opportunities to move up w/o selling your soul
  • Not being constantly gaslit
  • Not having to be compared to McDonald's workers
