Keep it real

If you get laid off from this company it may hurt in the short term but long term this is not a good company. Keep your head up and put your faith in God.

Ready to walk away

How does the layoff process be like?

Is the laid off date effective right away? Like effective date = termination date? Or they would take away your system access first but give you a time period like a month so you can stay on the payroll for 1 more month?
