Thread regarding Truist Bank layoffs

My anxiety levels have reached new heights

I wonder if we'll ever go back to being able to do our work without having to think about layoffs all the time.

This is what they want. They have we-ponized employee fear.

But the DEI initiatives are going great. Just ask the folks at Leadership Institute. Our differences are our strength.
Right Dante?

Hope for the best, plan for the worst.

For the rest of your life there will be the risk of something going wrong. Plan for it so you don't have to be paranoid about it.

Unfortunately at SunTruist it won't. What has EL done since day 1 that you think this will improve. All they are doing now is shuffling around the same incompetent leaders and cutting the workers. If you think there are resource constraints now, just wait till Q2. Downward spiral self induced death by a thousand cuts.
