Survey Results - Managers Sniffing Out Bad Scores

I heard again about a manager sniffing around to figure out who was tanking the survey scores on their team. This is happening more and more, though it was happening well before these layoffs. I don’t think I’m going to respond to another, yet I don't want them to get away with this.

How about a bunch of you get together and provide data in survey that is real and honest. Now if you all get fired eventually, what a juicy class action lawsuit that would make …. Just thinking

I stopped taking those. Maybe if we all stop then they will get the hint.... Our opinions aren't being heard so we're done giving it. Layoff the survey people if they want to save money.

Toughen up and report them for retaliation. Most managers aren’t evil people and wouldn’t support that behavior.

I was honest and it not good for their results. If my manager knows and wants to RIF me it would be a blessing.
