Stop gifting your time and work to a bank that doesn't care about you and that will never reward your 'going the extra mile.' You are a number to them and that's it. No matter how late you stay or how much work you add to your plate, that will not change. Just stop it. Give Truist only what it pays you for. Nothing more, nothing less.

I'm 29 lol. Not all young people are lazy. Put down your phone and do your work.

"The two posters below expect people to just work for free?"
Did anyone say work for free? Keep making up narratives to fight guy.
The two posters below expect people to just work for free?
Some people work hard no matter the circumstance while others will always look for shortcuts or ways to be lazy. Notice it's always the lazy ones that try to encourage others to follow along in being lazy...
Its called qioet quitting to do what uou suggest. And for the sake of this company i hope people like you are the next to go
No, you are expected to have mastered brown nosing to get to attend the leadership institute.
Do they teach brown nosing at the Truist Leadership Institute?
My favorite is the teammates that pucker up to leaders to every post made on The Source. Bonus are the ones always on camera in their Truist gear 🤣.
There will be no bonus or raises for those that survive the RIF. Most are in denial
This is so true. When our LOB went through restructure and RIF's in recent months it didn't matter AT ALL who the good/bad performers were. Just reckless headcount reduction. So when I hear fellow worker bees talking about starting early and staying late to handle the 'extra work on their plate' -- I'm like have a good time with that, corporate cuck.
