Thread regarding Truist Bank layoffs

Selection process??

Does anyone know what the selection process is? I heard the business unit that I support received questionnaire to complete/pass judgement on individuals that did not directly report to them. What exactly is the selection process?

The only reason BCG was brought in was so they can give the “raise executive pay” recommendation at their final presentation. It’s a circle of collusion.

If only the shareholders had profited 1/1,000,000 as much off of Truist as BCG. They have been involved in this disaster since pre-merger. I bet they send Kelly King a tremendous gift basket for Christmas.

BCG is being used as a facade for senior leaders. The selection process appears to be based on personal connections and one's willingness to inflate their leaders behind the scenes. It's regrettable but unfortunately true. #TransparencyMatters #ToxicPurpleCulture

“ They spent big bucks on BCG to do this and now the detailed decision making is a popularity contest.”

Very true, and I have the numbers…

Of course SunTruist is a total popularity contest... It's like high school all over, only worse... then, if you didn't fit in you didnt get invited to parties... now, if you don't fit in you get RIFed.

Hilarious if true. They spent big bucks on BCG to do this and now the detailed decision making is a popularity contest. Truist is doomed.
