Nido does a PBS show in which interviews business people etc..
Kelly was the latest. It was vomit inducing. I only got through about 10 minutes of it and Kelly said purpose 7 times in that time span, oh and that happiness is one of the core values of Truist. If you over indulge Thanksgiving and need to throw up watch this and that should do the trick!

Delusional, KK sold out BBT and his legacy is toast. His tent preacher persona is just that. Snake oil salesman at best.
I like Kelly and think he was a great leader. Unfortunately as well intentioned as I think the merger was, at least in his mind, it turned out the exact opposite. BB&T would have been much better served buying up insurance companies and small banks in key markets.

He had Rogers on a few months ago. You want to hear more about purpose and other such BS go listen to that one as well. Nido acts as if he knows nothing about either of them.
I think the interview should finally settle any and all debate for those few who still held out hope that Kelly King really cares. He couldn’t care less, and has zero regrets.
Interestingly, what about Nido? He was on the Board, lives in a community very negatively impacted by this disastrous merger, and chose Kelly to be on his show extolling his wonderful “virtues”.
Of course he doesn’t pay attention! He got his millions and like every single corporate CEO he rides off into the sunset
He is jut plain full of it! MOE was, and still is, a total failure!
He is like a politician that keeps spewing the same lies over and over, hoping someone will believe it.
I hope associates watch that interview and realize their talent, skill and purpose are much greater than this failed institution called Truist. Move on and find happiness.
He’s crazy…..always has been
Kelly won’t admit failure.
I just watched it too. Kelly said he thought the MOE was a huge success. My first reaction was perhaps the interview was from one year ago but then I checked when the episode originally aired and it was YESTERDAY. Kelly, I need to ask but have you been paying any attention at all to what’s happening at Truist? Have you spoken with any of our clients or employees?
