Complete loss of respect for the company!!

I have lost all respect for Pepsico the last couple of weeks. Last year we promoted some very capable employees from other divisions to move over to Pepsi to fix the problems there, especially fleet and engineering teams. All of those people were all... — read more

The shape of PepsiCo by 2025

An interesting article that shows the direction in which the leadership plans to go and what will PepsiCo look like by 2025. Interesting, but scary at the same time is the fact that 2025 has been chosen as the year to which the reforms should be... — read more

Wake up PepsiCo, there is a better way to handle it!

PepsiCo needs to understand that while there may be no easy way to do this, there are options that they should seriously consider. Other large companies ask for volunteers. We were told last year that “we don’t do this”. My question is why not? While... — read more

Why do this?

I heard people who were laid off will get a chance to pick up their stuff on Friday, which makes me wonder - are people really walked out on the spot when they are told they are being laid off? I'm new to PepsiCo, so I am yet to see somebody I know... — read more

How high in the company pyramid does the reorg go?

To what level will the reorgs go? I imagine that regular company workers are the ones who will get hit the hardest and that the lower management will not be spared as well, but how high in the managerial pyramid will the reorgs be done?

R&D impacted too

R&D not immune to current layoff. Certain group has got its notice that whole tram no longer part of strategic plans for Pepsico R&D. Unclear if this is the end for R&D layoffs this year or just the beginning.
