Turnover is crazy. Senior leadership has no ideas about how to get our business back on track. They push the sales force to get more price and more volume without a clue how to do it. Brand Dew is losing to Monster and energy. Brand Pepsi is losing ground like nuts. Diet Pepsi is a joke.
We’ll see more layoffs and we’ll all get terrible business reviews with another cruddy, token raise.

I think that we will soon see a change on how they go to market. Sales people are most likely at risk if they move away from channelization. The restaurant reps in Indy now also handle rec and retail accounts. In Chicago, there are too many restaurant reps. Change is coming !!!

Yes, my understanding is that more FTE’s have been given marching orders for year end. I was let go earlier this year and I am so happy to have released from the worry of ‘will I be the next to go’.
The last remaining Pepsi ops die hards will burn themselves out over year end so that leadership can pass it off as an outsourcing victory and scrub the deck clean of the last remaining ops souls. No options, remain ops staff must play the game and walk the plank in the new year. Banishment is your reward for years of dedicated service.
Feb is expected to be another layoffs from what is norm. They have no need for fte that is new model. Everything is Indian cheap labor driven. A perpetuAL cash cow for ik Indian handlers
