Employee Appreciation Week - Seriously ?

The irony is crippling ! PepsiCo has unleashed a public marketing campaign about Employee Appreciation Week to try and smother a wave of negative feedback from terminated employees. How can a company that is on an unprecedented insensitive employee termination engagement now sell itself as sensitive to employee appreciation?

For our employee appreciation week, we got pizza for our department one day that week over lunch. That's all we got. We are in Finance. Terrible. I feel so "appreciated" (sarcasm)

Former employee out of the west division. Ruthless, elitist, corporate frauds as leaders. It’s all a Game of personal favorites.

No more, no less
