Scary to sit in all these meetings to hand hold our replacements offshore on year end once again. It’s like nursery school. I can see why now they don’t have the balls to make more cuts now. Just give me my package and set me free from this nightmare. I hate this company now.

I am gonna ride this pony until I get thrown off. Why should I care. I am not leaving without my package and I am not foolish enough to work myself crazy to cover for offshore unskilled cheap labor who can’t do their job. Until I get cut I am gonna put in my 8 hours and ease on down the road. Nobody has a clue anymore anyway.
I’m so sorry to hear this is happening. It’s horrible. I’ve been with company a long time and I’ve never felt as uneasy as I do nowadays
Better to leave now. Easier to find a job while you still have a job.
