I understand that “ It’s a job, it pays the bills” is basically the only reason that people give for staying at Pepsico. I also understand that It’s a scary world out there and finding a job is not the easiest thing, but when do we say enough is enough? I know for a fact that all of the people that were laid off from my team found new jobs, that pay the bills. Some found better paying jobs, some didn't, but none of them stayed unemployed. Thing we all need to weigh what is the better, or at least the less worse opinion, seeking other opportunities, or living in constant fear and stress.

I was left go in 2008, during the great recession. Times were tough then, but I had been through some hard times in the past. The job market is better right now. Especially in Plano. When I was let go, I suggested starting a web page similar to this one, but with a focus on job leads. Maybe someone can do just that. Good luck to all of you, and God bless you.
