It will happen before Feb 13 when they announce their earnings. Most likely the week of the 20th or 27th latest so they are done before the earnings report that week.

Innovation hasn’t been incremental in 5 years.

Eliminate R&D and all of the people associated with it. Buildings, capital, everything.

100 + Million of cost goes away as we accelerate the core. Lays, Dew, G, Doritos, Pepsi and so on down the line.
