Agree and also I blame cuts on my team on dumb management decisions
Wrong organization and cumbersome processes
Management still has their jobs but the workers are cut
For now? Look around you, the same IT people are still being moved around. Why do you think that is so? It so people like me can stay in the bullseye. For those of us that know it’s coming and asked for packages, we are being turned down because nobody knows what the hell is going on. I was told this morning to plan on being here at least another year. What a s$$t hole.
For now. And I won't even argue your point about favoritism. But does it even MATTER? Soon we'll all be gone.
Oh please ! The boys and girls clubs have fueled the favortism that has governed this company for years. Look who is left. How the hell do some of these people keep dodging bullets? You only need to attend 1 calibration meeting to see it. Pages of justification get turned down while a simple comment like “works hard” gets immediately approved. I am sure the selection for cuts and re-positioning to avoid being cut is done the same way - the buddy system. Meanwhile, everybody has to take mandatory conflict of interest training. What a joke ! The same core group of protected mo–ns will still be there long after this strategy is done.
