After long discussion about the lack of work being done this week. I declare 2020 the year where nobody is allowed to take week 52 off and all of you minions must give the man 80 hours during this pivotal year end week.
Anyone disagree?

Not sure who thinks Plants only work on Friday but I can assure you HQ has employees who ARE working on Fridays!
Maybe make up for summer Fridays and Holiday hours??? Think about it literally no one works on Friday but the plants.

The only certainty is that no one is safe in this environment.
Play a game. Write down the 5 safest people from your point of view, wherever you are and put them on a list. Or the 5 people you are most certain will be with PepsiCo in 5 years.
In 5 years, 3 of them, at least , will not be with PepsiCo.
This is the exact culture that has over taken Kraft Heinz.
In this environment, the only people who survive are sociopaths who can work 100 hrs/WK for minimal pay chasing false hopes as they neglect their friends and family.
Ahh yes but at the touch base meeting this morning the same Sr Leader that did his Incident Metrics magic act was proclaiming activities thus far are “flawless” and the business was not feeling any impact from 2019 layoffs.
So does this mean we aren’t going to bring back company holiday parties?

It depends on from where and in what. Your typical MBA from Putz University ain't worth squat.
College degrees are as valuable as the paper they’re written on
Except a college degree is valuable.
This is interesting... The meeting I was at we discussed how to get each employee to pay us for the privilege of working for Pepsico.
Basically you pay $1000/qk to work here and then we lay you off and now you have a resume that is relevant in the real world.
Think, a college degree but cheaper.
That'd be great, mmmkay?
