It's Feb 8, 2020. Just got an from e-mail from PBNA CFO that starting this year Pepsico will start transitioning Finace jobs to India. Managers and HR will start communicating with employees starting today. Here we go again...

I am so tired of this. now managers have to go to iowa to run routes as there is not enough drivers. offer me a package please.
Way to much confusion with this and it shows how weak the leadership really is. It was a bad idea then and it’s still a bad idea. So many solid employees were let go and then PepsiCo has reposted their positions again. People have no idea when layoffs are coming or know what Next steps are coming and when. How is this solid leadership? It is insanity. I am only here to get a package. I am hoping it comes in February.
