Looks like the entire chandler office will close and be outsourced to the Philippines and other low cost jurisdictions.
I wouldn't be surprised to see more layoffs today
In the last few rounds, we usually had layoffs Tuesday through Thursday. That might not be the case this time, of course, and the poster below me could be right, but I don't plan to relax until the day is over. If I can ever again fully relax... — read more
Any word on ICA redundancies?
Just have a feeling ICA is next - over serviced and not giving the company bang for its buck
Did they draw names out of a hat?
This whole layoff seems very mismatched. I know several people with years of service to the company and are solid performers who were let go, while some truly garbage performers were left behind. It makes no sense and seems somewhat random. Are those... — read more
IP, Legal Ops and Ediscovery
Found out folks from San Jose, Chandler and Austin were let go. Yikes.
No, layoffs are not done
They will not be done any time soon. Maybe it'll be okay for a week or two or even a month but then we'll be hearing about more cuts. There is no more 'safe,' I wish people would understand that. The business strategy is to keep costs down through... — read more

All of back office Seller Risk got it as well. Including Leaders, and Group Leader, both Omaha and Chandler. Same thing, generic meeting invite. Instant they came on, you know what was going down. Not allowed to speak, or type or anything. It was... — read more
group of GFCCP (financial crimes) laid off @930am 5/24/2022
Invited to a suspiciously generic meeting, hour block, with two GFCCP directors as the organizers. First person to show up on screen you could tell what was going down. PayPal axed us with zero warning, execution style. Unknown total.
Paypal interview style and WFH
What style of interview does PayPal do, is it scenario, actions, outcomes or something else? Also, is WFH full time an option?

Everybody cares about shareholders, nobody cares about employees
I've read an article today that asks if the recent layoffs are a bad omen for PayPal stock. Are you kidding me with that? I've barely seen layoffs mentioned anywhere in the news, and yet here they are but only in relation to the stock and... — read more
Earnings report could show us what's going to happen
