They are given 48 hrs to make a decision

I saw someone mention the California labor laws. Anyone that is a CW isn't getting renewed if that law applies to them.
I dont think they are doing mass layoffs but rather doing it in small batches by spreading it across and calling it different names NI layoffs,reorg etc. they are possibly doing this to avoid any legal hassles.

Compensation Breakdown: 2 months of paid garden leave plus 6 weeks of severance equals 3.5 months of salary—all without any work obligations.
I believe leadership accountability is important, and given the CEO’s recent performance, I would expect the same standards to apply at the top. Chris need to be in top of that list....
Can confirm this has happened to two coworkers yesterday that had a bad end of your performance review and were put as a low performer.
