People with needs improvement are given the option of a PIP for 30 days or mutual separation with two months garden leave (with pay) + 6 weeks of salary
They are given 48 hrs to make a decision

I was given a NI but no news of a mutual separation as of today from my manager.

I dont think they are doing mass layoffs but rather doing it in small batches by spreading it across and calling it different names NI layoffs,reorg etc. they are possibly doing this to avoid any legal hassles.

Compensation Breakdown: 2 months of paid garden leave plus 6 weeks of severance equals 3.5 months of salary—all without any work obligations.

I believe leadership accountability is important, and given the CEO’s recent performance, I would expect the same standards to apply at the top. Chris need to be in top of that list....
