I just had my annual FY22 review. I received a 4% merit increase and a weak ICP bonus and ZERO equity RSUs but told I was a top performer. Just WOW! This won't cover the inflation. Time to move on from NetApp.

No growth for a decade and the stock price will get crushed on earnings. Kurian needs sacrifice. Notices are imminent.
