Not sure why they don’t have metrics for executives to hit and get fired if they don’t. Cesar flying around posting it on linked- how effective and by how much are they growing the business? what’s up with that?

Most executives have pre-planned / scheduled stock sales to avoid the appearance impropriety. This sale was a likely scheduled long before it occurred.

He got laid off? Why are you posting this here? Surely you're not looking for some secret stock buying tip here?

All CEO's and top executives get paid well, mainly from stock options. They have to sell stocks to get paid and will do so periodically. The sale is not timed and just a means to get income. Don't forget that about uncle sam getting he cut too on the sale.

I agree they get paid too much, but hey this is 'murica and capitalism at work. They're living the dream and worked for it. Not sure what you're gloating at here...

Don't worry. He'll quickly spend all that money and be as poor as everyone else.
