EMEA has some unique laws about notification timelines and dates but you should be notified by end of day in any geo... Your severance and next role may be radically different than the US.... but you should be notified. Ping your manager and ask... Some managers are doing 1:1's to tell people they are safe but everyone is usually notified by noon the day of or end of day....
