Well at least NTAP is hitting middle and upper management layers - IBM isn't and generally doesn't.
It does seem like there is pressure in the industry to get rid of top heavy management layers. Microsoft and Ibm peeps will work to increase management. How long will it take George to figure it out is the question.

they should cut/strip from the top down. Too much favoritism and buddy clubs in upper management. Too many incompetent mid mgrs get promoted by their buddies. They need to clean house in that area before the IC.
Astra/Boulder heavily impacted. Much more than 8%.
E Series in Wichita is gutted. Skeleton crew on life support now

Spot and CloudCheckr were both hit hard.
Lots of the Partner Organization in the field in the US and Canada was cut.
CloudCheckr was gutted to the point I’ll be surprised if the remaining customers re-new. Their vision for the future isn’t going to work without the project they just cut.
Looks like education services had a number of people cut.... noticed a trend of 15 year plus veterans in the posts....

Vienna, VA lost some ATS and TSS headcount. SEM and DM lost. Two AEs that I know of.
Sales was hit with Reps, SA's, DM's and RD's impacted to cut middle management in all regions....
Some overnight support resources were affected
