@2ptr+1kXl5zDB - On prem is taking a beating from the cloud. The only organizations that are still buying on prem are ones that have legacy applications that aren't "cloud ready" or organizations that have user communities/applications that are very sensitive to latency. I am currently working for an org that is completely doing a forklift SAN replacement due to the aforementioned issue but this will probably be the last SAN purchase they ever make...

The list I've seen of laid off E-series folks is 44 people long. Quite a few very sharp people got let go this week...
My team in ICT lost 17 out of 24 people! Chunk of work got shifted to APAC to balance the cuts. Apparently the regional support model isn’t really a thing anymore.
