_those at the top seem to think we are overstaffed. I hope that won't be the case, but everything that's happening tells me that Xerox will be a much smaller company next year. I'd rather someone tell me I'm paranoid than that I'm right.
Former Essential Worker Hero
Last year I was an essential worker. A hero for going to work. I repaired your device inside of your school, your jail house, your hospital, your elderly care place. You unzipped the Covid red protective sheet in your hallways and had me walk through... — read more
It's bad everywhere
I'm not defending Xerox, but our industry is falling apart. All of our competitors are in as much trouble as we are. It's a simple case of the world changing with the times and the ones who can't adapt getting discarded along the way. No management... — read more
I would love to be the target of layoff
Of course, I’m sorry for those who still want to stay here for a while longer, but I inquire about layoffs because I’d love to be cut. Has anyone heard anything new about layoffs?
I don’t try to have great performance anymore
Some people who do almost nothing are overpaid, and those who have sacrificed work-life balance are underpaid. There is no middle ground. I don't know anyone who gets fair pay at X. Despite my performance, I gave up all hope when it comes to raise... — read more

Remember…Even the Lone Ranger needed Tonto …
Just a thought. For this company to think everything can be done effectively and long term on any box the techs work on, is at best foolish. Not only does the support absolutely suck, but talk about a really bad judgement call. I cannot fathom still... — read more
401K Match
When is Xerox going to bring back the 401K match ?
So … How is SNow working out for everyone?
Wondering how SNow is working out for the new guys that have 30 days experience. I’m curious if it has gotten better or people are just lowering their expectations. Nothing like an A4 that no one can fix. Garbage in Garbage out
It's frustrating
Have you tried talking with people who've retired from Xerox years ago? I did, and it's one of the most frustrating experiences I've had in a long while. They're so unwilling to accept that the company they knew has changed as much as it did. For... — read more
Only when you come to a new company..
only then does it become clear to you how much your skills have atrophied while at Xerox and how much you made a mistake by not leaving here much earlier. I tried as hard as I could to maintain my skills sharp while I was at X, but it still... — read more

Increase in pay after leaving
Hearing about people getting higher pay after leaving X equals to hearing about how much we are underpaid here. I wonder how much higher pay you have now in other companies after you've left here and along with that how much more (or less) do you... — read more
I wouldn't stay at any cost
A friend's leaving Xerox for a new job with a raise but he's hoping that he's going to get a matching offer to stay. I can't understand why he would want to stay for the life of me. He says he likes his job, has a great manager, and would rather be... — read more
Bamboozled Employees
Just an observation. This place is like a pyramid game. Just as long as you keep the impression of the numbers up, all is good. Once they actually find out how you arrived at the numbers you claim, then it becomes an issue. If you stay, sooner... — read more
Bottom of the barrel
Xerox is scraping the bottom of the barrel when it comes to new hires, it seems. The incompetence of some of the - very rare - new people would be funny if it didn't make our jobs even harder than when we were overworked and begging for some help... — read more

The entire lease revenue model is a fraud
but everyone with awareness of this is either (1) laid off (2) scared shitless of their manager There was an SEC investigation that could have exposed this but my understanding is that is is now under a rug.
Too Many Chiefs, Not Enough Workers
Supposedly, Xerox is trying to be a "flat" organization. However, from what I see, there are WAY to many managers, and not enough workers to do the actual work. When everyone is in charge, no one is in charge. Nobody is accountable. And nothing gets... — read more
No luck finding something good

Just when I think we've reached rock bottom, Xerox finds a way to prove me wrong. I guess there's no bottom when this place is concerned.
They take much more than they give back

They take advantage of people not having better options
