Thread regarding Xerox Corp. layoffs

Why is it so hard to put up with a little criticism?

Xerox should, instead of being preoccupied with how to deny and convince otherwise, think a little more about the criticism coming from their employees. There is not much benefit from the constant denial of reality. After all, the current situation in the company is the result of a long-term denial of what employees have long been trying to draw attention to.

Management has consistently refused to acknowledge employee complaints and calls for corrective actions. Their answer has been to outsource and lay-off while pretending things will get better quarter over quarter…Shades of UB and her 3-5 year projections which
never happened ..

Never is a long time. Let’s hope someone wakes up and realizes they have a conscious. Maybe they will do the right thing. We can only hope.

I agree with you about listening to the employees.

The problem though is that they are only listening to Icahn, his crew on the board of directors, and his lackey in the CEO chair. So our voice will never be heard.

Because they are set in their ways and can do no wrong. If you keep telling yourself everything is fine, pretty soon you start believing it. Therefore there is No problem. Situation solved. Move along now people. 🚶🏻‍♀️🚶🏾‍♂️🚶 Never mind the man behind the curtain.
