I got a great offer but it required me to move and I wasn't ready for that. Until I find something that suits me better, I can only wallow in self-pity when at the end of the day I realize how much I worked and how tired I am, and how little I will be paid for all that stress.
Since the prices of everything went up that horrible pay came to the fo-e even more.
Is there anyone other than those at the top who doesn’t feel underpaid here?
I'm sure someone in HR will read this post and ensure you get a raise.

I can identify with you and also speak for at least 8 people that feel exactly like you. If you are not in a management or analyst role or above, you are severely underpaid. No raises in years! Lower position wages are at least 15% below what an ADULT wage should be. Boomers in the company are holding things together but for how much longer..
More people leaving in Midwest division. Techs saying it’s been insane. Major account in Chicago leaving and communication has been non existent with managers.
Just quit man. Forgot that dump. Take a slightly lower paying job in the interim to save your sanity and retrieve your confidence and then find your dream job. Just get far away from Zerox.
John V. Is way underpaid for the wonderful job he is doing destroying this company. I think there might be a company wide garage sale to sell furniture and desks soon. That should raise enough money to pay the auditors that are needed to unload this garbage scow.
Everyone is Underpaid for the Stress that they go threw here on a day to day basis. At least your not alone.
