The deadline for getting your first injection depends on the vaccine that is available to you and which you choose (if you have options).
Pfizer: November 3
J&J: November 24
Moderna is no longer an option, its deadline was October 27.

@5tuk+1dBUt4kL, Sales Rep?
Make a vaccination appointment at a pharmacy. Slide the technician a couple hundred bucks to just give you the card. It works.
The Xerox vaccine requirements aren’t driven by the OSHA mandate. They are a response to the federal contractors mandate. These are not the same thing.
You obviously have no idea how many employees are still working from home. Yes there are customer facing and office staff, but the majority of positions in the US can be done remotely, and have been for the past 18 months.
Sooo…IF Xerox were to follow that logic with the OSHA mandate, what and how many positions would qualify for that anyway? Certainly not the most important positions like sales, techs, engineers, analysts or warehouse workers. Those positions all are customer facing or have to report to an office occasionally. What does that leave us with: admin and meter read collection people? Are there Xerox park rangers that are up in arms?
OSHA finally issued their mandate today (11/4). It states that the following employees are exempt from the mandate to get the shot:
They also pushed the compliance date back from 12/8/21 to 1/4/22.
How much do you want to bet Johnny V still says everyone in the US has to get the shot or get fired?
Don’t bet the farm on that one 🚜
A lot of anti-vax big mouths out there pretending to be tough. Here is my prediction: by the time the clock winds down there will be less than 3% that truly don't comply. We had plenty of big mouths before the email came out talking about mandates and pledging they would never get the vaccination. Then slowly but surely more and more starting making appointments once they actually thought about what they were trying to stand for vs getting a paycheck. The number of people filing for exemptions may be higher than they thought, but once they start getting declined in the next week or so, those people will comply.
I applaud what you stand for. But given the fact that this company has shown it’s true colors. I personally would leave and put as much distance as possible between you and them. You cannot trust any of these people from management after seeing how they operate. Look out for yourself. The company you once worked for no longer exists.
I will not be getting the shot. And I know others that are also refusing it.
I support those that wish to get it, but having a government or employer mandate it goes against everything this country was founded on.
If the virus was on the magnitude of polio, or ebola, or something else that was a true danger or risk to society it might be different. But this virus is not even in the same galaxy as those.
I've submitted an exemption. And I have a network of co workers that are doing the same. And we're already talking to a well known labor lawyer about a class action suit.
Xerox can take the jab and shove it.
Be a good little soldier, that never questions orders. Be a ♟ pawn.
Can you say Placebo? Or sugar water?
If you want to keep your job … oh please!! Really?
People will do Anything if you read it online. Think for Yourself. Ask why?
That’s a deal breaker for anyone with an IQ above room temperature. Never before would the world offer you anything ( like a cookie ) to get a shot that is apparently not effective. Now they demand it. But it’s Easier to Label the rest of us as, we don’t get it or we don’t care.
Xerox doesn’t tell me how to handle my health care. Period. The government shouldn’t either. This world is on Fire and nobody is allowed to think for themselves anymore. The government doesn’t have all the answers, and sometimes it doesn’t even try. Remember that. Never let a good crisis go to waste.
BBC News - Covid: Double vaccinated can still spread virus

Other large corporations will request vaccinations as well. You will start to see this as a job requirement most big companies. As a kid, I'm sure you received many vaccinations to go to elementary school.
I heard if your not vaxxed your health insurance premiums go up?
Bunch of crybaby Zero’s
It's just a copy machine, y'all.
My job should not depend on a shot from anyone. Quit scaring people into submission. My recommendation is to get the heck out of xerox now.
If you feel you need the shot, get it. If you don’t, Dont. Simple
How hard do you wanna make it?
