Thread regarding Xerox Corp. layoffs

No one will take care of you

People are constantly complaining, about the small pay, the lack of a vision of leadership, the lack of room to grow, the uncertainty, the undervaluing of hard work.. I understand why we all have a need to vent our frustrations, but complaining won't accomplish anything. X will never take care of anyone until we take care of ourselves. It may sound harsh, but it is so. I think there are a lot of those who are constantly complaining and still haven't submitted a single job application?

Only thing never on back order is kool-aid. The only thing xrx will ever take care of until the inexorable finish is shareholder dividend. Everyone not in on the shell game would leave in a heart beat but turns out not much demand for talent flogging toner and 20th century tech.

I guess we know how you feel don’t we?

Ever think that you are doing the same thing that you are crucifying others for?

You can do the same thing that you tell us to do. Leave.

These are my thoughts exactly! If you don't like your situation, then get out. People treat this website like FB crying about their feelings and how Johnny doesnt love them anymore. You dont like it...then leave. Doesnt help that about 90% of the negative posts are dirtb*g competitors trying to stir the p-t. Still mad that Xerox got rid of them or they were loser salespeople with plenty of time now to post on this website, but still claim they are doing fantastic.

Don't forget what a job is. A way to make money. That's it. People who make it their lifestyle are misguided. Concentrate on family, friends and what you believe in. Those things will truly be what helps you through anything.
