People Leads going to salaried?
Due to the amount of hours a lot of people leads are putting in, there has been a lot of rumors circulating that they will go salaried. Any other rumblings either way with this rumor?

Field Managers
Wal-Mart just got rid of all the Field Managers. Looks like they need money for the 32 warehouses(28 not up and running), yet hired general managers for 32 of them. Gotta love the lies this company spews about creating jobs.
