So I requested salaried PTO and was only given my PTO days off for that week. Am I not entitled to the regular 2 days off as well?

Just like hourly associates putting in for a vacation day, then being scheduled in a different department on one of your core days. Is that fair?
That happened to me and store manager was useless in getting it fixed for me.

Definitely talk to your store manager. You should be able to get 7 to 9 days off, using only 5 days PTO. But you may have to work longer weeks before and after is you want 9 days.
You should. Your store manager is probably just an a– hole. I’d talk to him about it.
