Thread regarding Walmart layoffs

I'm done with these sellouts.

Go to the home office and look at all the contractors they are training. This company is not for the American people. This company is made for con artists that know how to lie on their application/resumes and bs everyone.

I honestly wish that Walmart gave us Americans a place to grow their skillsets but instead they would rather train contractors that will ultimately take their knowledge to another competitor. What a bunch of doofuses and sellouts. Companies need to be better prepared for the global market. I see target as the next big thing. Walmart is just going to end up like sears.

I wonder if keeping the headcount low will actually benefit walmart in the long run. At the end of the day, that knowledge is going out the front door and into companies like Amazon, Target, and some foreign countries. For example, If walmart is trying to enter India and a new company shows up with the talent that left Walmart then that pretty much takes away from Walmart's business. I'm curious to find out who's approving of these id–tic strategies.

They bring in the contractors to keep the headcount low. Basically making it seem like they’re doing more with less.
