Just wondering about all the new associates like what will become of the after the holidays. Is it them or the experienced associates (older associates). Feb 1, 2020 keeps getting closer.

Yes, unfortunately it's happening in our store as well. Many of us who have been with the company and are full time are getting scheduled 25-30 hours. A few are getting scheduled outside of their availability. Ones with open still not getting 40–they are working still working shirt shifts, just being bounced around from morning to evening. Most of the new hires get 32-40, allowed to have set days off, and work the better shifts. When any of us have asked about being full time but getting part time ours, we are told to work our schedule, and that it is based on customer needs. Sometimes there isn't anyone on schedule for our area...didn't know customer needs = ghost town
Anyone else getting hours drastically cut but the new ones hired in getting more than the ones that have 15+ years?
