Any news on this conference call about co’s & coaches?

The two COs we have are in NO way cut out to be store managers. They work very hard and push like they're expected to push people, but other than that very few people skills. They may nod to a passing customer but avoid the hourlies unless they need something. It's two years to promote or you're done, right?
Stores 90+ will get a "store lead" formerly a co-manager. Fresh GWP is coming. Replenishment Coach/Team Leads are next. 1 Store market to start. No timeline yet on roll out, just NOT Q1. Info on what "is coming" so people can "upskill". Northeast market, info from SM talking points.
I’m a fresh coach and never in fresh always being pulled to other areas of the store. Have never work my rotation. So just another name for a assistant manager. This Gwp will not last.

They need to tell the associates that are affected so they prepared they need to realign the store manager ours will tell you that they don’t care they are here for the paycheck and the bonus
Basically, store managers were emailed a link that has a look up tool for how the rollout will affect individual stores. They’re phasing different layouts for different stores. Some starting only hourly fresh changes/front end changes up to salaried positions. Some things are changing on the original workday structure due to pieces not working. As of 5pm, the email hadn’t been sent out in our Market. This just a Q1 phase.
Somebody reading this knows, so spill the beans! They cannot find out who you are. I was one of the Co-Managers let go two years ago, I posted info on here for my fellow Co's. I have many friends still working for wally-world as ASM's, hourlies, etc... The information I got here was invaluable in making my exit plan.
Look up "Co Manager Update" on this site. It happened exactly the way the poster said it would.
Anyone know something what is coming up? Mandatory meeting next week. Wonder if there will still job for us when we leave that meeting.
I know there was a store manager only conference call today. Does anybody have accurate information of what the call was about? I noticed claims had another "simplification" posted on the wire. Was just wondering if claims was going to be the next area impacted.
Are they doing away with coaches our front end coach is a joke
