Contractors from foreign countries get placed on the pedestal at the home office next to all of the privileged people that dont do anything. All other Americans are treated like a cost and they will force you to train the contractors for no reason. This should be illegal and i can see how walmart is k–ling the middle class right at their home office. Dont trust these sellouts, they'll turn their back on you even though they are profiting off you and your people. This company is anti American.

@1pka Walmart is plain ole cheap. Period. They bring in contractors at dirt cheap costs and they wind up with an inferior product. The amount of rework I saw when I was in the HO was ridiculous. They could have paid American salaries and had the job done correctly the first time. Having to do things twice doesn't save money.
Walmart is pro-profit above all else, and employing poorly paid non-Americans helps them preserve that profit. They're running a company, not a charity to hand out paychecks to Americans only.
Walmart pays a contractor's company 100$ an hour for a resource that we have to train. At the end of the day, it's the contractor's company that is winning. Walmart is paying them so that a walmart associate can train them.
You should check out some of these companies. They are super sketchy and utilize subcontractors to bypass h1b Visa restrictions.
