Our FE has been transitioning already, but I heard they are backtracking on transitioning our Fresh at the start of the year. It could be lies to keep people from jumping ship, but I heard there's at least a "pause" on it for my market and that it hasn't worked out as planned so far. Go figure..

I am a fresh coach for my market. I was suppose to start training rest of my market the first of February. I have been told that it might not be till June if at all. The new guy from Sam’s I was told really does not like great work place
18 months. I wish they would just do it. The waiting s—s and its also put a freeze on big purchases for me.
We were just told they are doing the opposite. They are “fast-tracking” our store, so all affected areas will be transitioned by the end of the year instead of over the next few years.
I heard this as well. In fact, the GM DMs have been told they're probably safe for another 18 months or so. Time will tell.
