Any one realize QoS punishes you?

Holy mind sc--w moment. QoS is based on hours worked. Imagine you open. 1 hour not contribution, two 15 min breaks in the day. 1.5 hours wasted towards your score. They are punishing us for working on the clock.

Easy fix for morale

Close Sundays to give employees time with family. Store hours 10 to 7 Mon - Sat across the board. 1 shift. Leaving when there is still some light outside will boost morale not to mention getting a day to spend with family. If they want employees to... — read more
