Thread regarding Verizon Wireless layoffs

Everyday issues at work

It is amazing to me how this company has no sensibility to provide employees with conditions so that they can do their job properly.

Someone mentioned that every day they have to deal with several iphones that won't activate because this company can't even develop a system to activate phones. This is just one of the many issues employees face here.

Sometimes I don't understand what they want from us? How can this company have any bright future if the leadership does not care at all if we have all the necessary conditions to be able to do our job well?

What do directors do ? Seriously, what do they do ? Retail will never be One Team with the amount of directors we have. They all do things different to be better than one another. All they care about are their egos and gloating with one another on useless conference calls. You want One Team and things to be aligned, start trimming some of these selfish useless directors.

Hahahha a coworker just threw his tablet and left. He said f it im I'm not getting vaccinated anyway, and this system doesn't let me do $#it!! So had to close the store because he clearly quit and I'm the only one left.

For fu--s sake !! Can this company have anything that works? Workforce dimensions doesn't work, 2.0 doesn't work, business 360 doesn't work, trying to call into core doesn't work, district managers and above don't work!!

I know they do not care. And as a result reps stop caring too. They really can't hold reps accountable for anything if they don't have the system in place to do their job? Not to mention we don't have the inventory to sell anything. Iphones won't activate. Quote tool errors out. I can't even get vicki to do a search for the correct item and if it does, it takes about 5-10mins to load. Try doing a search for an apple watch series 7 and see what comes up. Every apple watch we ever sold except the one I searched for. Literally it shows "apple watch series 4 (retired)" instead? Why would I want to see any devices that we no longer sell that are labeled "retired" in our system? That shouldn't even show up. Like who works on these systems? Is there anyone competent left at this company?
