I have been reading so many posts by the Verizon sales people. It sounds like you have the worst job on the planet. You lose money for bad customer surveys and have to cold call customers to sell them a phone when you got customers in que at the store? I am questioning the iq of the individual making decisions and your all going along with it like a bunch of lemmings. Seriously go find a new job and make your life better. Places are hiring like crazy right now. The glory days are over,
