To what level will the reorgs go? I imagine that regular company workers are the ones who will get hit the hardest and that the lower management will not be spared as well, but how high in the managerial pyramid will the reorgs be done?

That the news had more info than what has been provided is a sham of a way to do this. While never a great way, zero transparency is rubbish until the hammer drops. Multiple news agencies announced this was coming and crickets from within. Absurd.

Rumor is that the remaining IT employees will soon be transitioned to offshore vendors. Outsourcing Or Bust is the game plan and PepsiCo is apparently ready to sell FTEs to the vendor.
