I can see in 10 years that this will be a Harvard Business Review case study on how to pillage and destroy a once great company all for short sighted gains. At how the greedy and selfish management k--led the idea of careers, and relationships between an employer and the workers that built the company to what it was. As a former employee I will never buy another PepsiCo food or beverage again. What they have done to this company while not criminal is unethical. God help those left. Thinking of you all

It is classic case of capturing an enterprise and gutting it to do same functions but by external parties who pay big commissions to those who enabled it.
