Thread regarding PepsiCo Inc. (Pepsi) layoffs

Is anybody still loyal to PepsiCo?

Loyalty used to be a huge thing here, but with the way management has been treating employees lately, I don't think anybody has any good will or loyalty left to give to this company.

Or am I wrong? Maybe some parts of the company have it better than others. Who knows...

When shopping, I now make a conscious decision to not buy PepsiCo products anymore. I even had a Coke with dinner tonight and it was very gratifying to know I am no longer loyal to a brand that is not loyal to me.

No. I only wish we’d get a chance to complete an Org Health survey before we are cut.

I had to laugh as the Valkyries from HR announced Pepsico's focus on mental health week. I was there for 35 years, HR never cared about anyone but their own careers and how to keep from being accountable for bad decisions. The best thing we can do is warn good people to stay away from a company that will exploit and destroy.
